Important Membership Information
Ticket Redemption
For each eligible classical concert, a unique redemption code will be sent to members via email approximately three weeks prior to the concert date. This code can be redeemed for your complimentary ticket(s) online through our website or by contacting the Hammons Hall Box Office directly.
Auto-Renewal
For your convenience, all memberships are set to auto-renew annually from your sign-up date.
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your membership, please contact the Springfield Symphony office by phone during business hours. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the cancellation process.
Availability
While we strive to accommodate all members, free tickets are subject to availability. We recommend redeeming your code as soon as possible after it is released to secure your seats.
