Ozark Mountain Daredevils to end final tour with three shows in Springfield

Ozark-Mountain-Daredevils-juanita-k-hammons-hallSPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Ozark Mountain Daredevils announced their Curtain Call Concert Series at Juanita K. Hammons Hall in Springfield, marking the conclusion of their “When It Shines” final tour.

The concert series will take place over three nights from Nov. 13-15, 2025 as a celebration of the band’s 53-year history.

The concert series will begin Thursday, Nov. 13 at 7 p.m., with the Ozark Mountain Daredevils performing the band’s signature sound and songs with orchestral arraignments from the Springfield Symphony Orchestra.

“We are thrilled to build on the overwhelming success of our 2022 collaboration with The Ozark Mountain Daredevils and The Springfield Symphony Orchestra,” said Keith Boaz, Executive Director of Juanita K. Hammons Hall. “This series is a rare opportunity to experience the band’s legacy in a unique and powerful way. It’s an honor to host these performances, and we can’t wait to share them with fans old and new.”

On Friday, Nov. 14 at 7 p.m., the Ozark Mountain Daredevils will highlight their legacy and influence on Ozarkian music. The concert will feature local musicians and bands performing original works, deep cuts from the Daredevils’ catalog, and even collaborating with the band members themselves.

The concert series will end with a show titled “The Ozark Mountain Daredevils: The Final Bow” on Sat. Nov. 15 at 7 p.m. The band will perform together for the last time with many fond memories and generations of fans.

Tickets go on sale starting Friday, Feb. 21 at 10 a.m. at the Hammons Hall box office, HammonsHall.com or by phone at 417-836-7678. However, a limited amount of tickets will be available to purchase with cash only from now until Thursday, Feb. 20 at Kaleidoscope on 1430 E. Sunshine St.

Tickets start at $49 plus applicable fees.
