There will be stations featuring: pasta, seafood, vegetable side dishes, meats, omelets, and much, much more; prepared exclusively for this event by the member chefs from these fine restaurants and establishments. Served buffet style with a side order of the Symphony, guests can help themselves to this feast for the senses, to the accompaniment of music provided by members of the Springfield Symphony.
