Mrs. Joan Vienhage was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She studied piano through two years of college, then changed her major to nursing. Joan and her husband, Bob, have lived in Springfield for over forty years and raised their family here. She has volunteered for many school, church, and civic related activities. Joan is a past Springfield Symphony Guild member and served on the Mid America Singers Board.
