Brunch with Beethoven

A Fabulous Feast Amid Sumptuous Sounds…
The Springfield Symphony’s Edible Extravaganza is back

“BRUNCH WITH BEETHOVEN”

It's all about the food!

Mark your calendars – on Sunday March 2, 2008, the Springfield Symphony, in collaboration with the Springfield/Branson Chef's Association, is delighted to be presenting the 6th Annual “Brunch With Beethoven” – and this year promises to be bigger and better than ever! This is your chance to sample Springfield’s finest fare from all the restaurants you know and love, including Fire and Ice, Hemingway's, Di Giacinto's, the Tower Club, Fremont Hills, Hickory Hills and Twin Oaks Country Clubs, and even a sushi bar from Nakato, to name just a few. There will be stations featuring: pasta, seafood, vegetable side dishes, meats, omelets, and much, much more; prepared exclusively for this event by the member chefs from these fine restaurants and establishments.

Served buffet style with a side order of the Symphony, guests can help themselves to this feast for the senses, to the accompaniment of music provided by members of the Springfield Symphony. There will be a silent auction as well as door prizes and other surprises. Tickets are just $30 for adults ($35 at the door) and $10 for children 10 and under. If you call now we will also give you a Brunch With Beethoven CD at no extra charge – but hurry, supplies are limited!

Or consider joining us by purchasing a table for ten (10) to this extraordinary event. Apart from the culinary and musical delights already mentioned, you and your guests will enjoy the following benefits:

~Reserved seating~
~A special gift for each guest at the table~
~ A personal table-side visit from Music Director, Ron Spigelman~

Tables are just $1,000 dollars, of which $700 is considered a tax-deductible donation.

Don't miss this unique opportunity to gather with family or friends, to entertain clients, or even reward your staff - all while enjoying the very best that this great city has to offer.
